Whistleblowing reports
Please be informed that Zapi S.p.A. has adopted a procedure for the management of internal channels for reporting wrongdoing in compliance with Legislative Decree 10.03.2023 No. 24, which transposed EU Directive 2019/1937 concerning the "protection of persons who report violations of Union law" (so-called whistleblowing discipline) into our law.

The legislation pursues the objective of countering and preventing illicit phenomena in public and private organizations by providing mechanisms for the protection of individuals who report the commission of prejudicial conduct of which they have become aware in the work context, to the detriment of the company and, by extension, the collective public interest.

Who can report?
Reports can be made by Zapi's employees, the self-employed, volunteers and trainees, consultants, shareholders and directors, employees and contractors of Zapi's suppliers.

What can be reported?
