High efficacy ant bait for successful elimination of the entire colony (queens included)
The formulation of Zapi biocide gel, Imidacloprid 0.02%, is developed as a rich transparent gel with a soft and slightly viscous texture which is water based with sugary attractants in order to appeal the main ants species. The imidacloprid concentration has been carefully designed to provide delayed death in ants so that once the worker ants ingest the product the possibility of reaching the nest and contaminating the colony is greater (the process of sharing food is known as trophylaxis).
Thanks to the hygroscopic feature of its formulation, the gel efficacy is proven up to 3 months after the application.
Authorized for professional and domestic use in cartridges, syringes and bait boxes.
The product is Authorized according to EU BRP n°528/2012 in several EU Countries and it is also available for the distribution outside Europe.
